Joshua Gabriel Arce, the visionary Founder and President of Patriot Care, is deeply committed to service, community, and faith. Currently a junior at Cathedral Catholic High School in Del Mar, California, Joshua plans to continue his education and leadership journey at the United States Naval Academy (USNA) after graduating.
